Dear Badger Fans:

The 2012-2013 season, is rapidly approaching. We are looking forward to getting back to work in the Kohl Center. The atmosphere here is a tremendous advantage for our team as we strive to improve each time we step out on the court.

As I look toward this season and our team, it will be filled with new excitement, fresh faces and a higher level of expectation for excellence in all facets of our play. Our team has the leadership, talent and desire it takes to reach historic milestones in the Big Ten Conference and beyond. I am excited about the off season improvement I have seen in our returners and am looking for this same type of commitment from our new Badgers. Our fans will definitely have more reasons to fill the Kohl Center this season and support our young ladies in their quest to win a Big Ten championship. The players know what is expected of them which will only aid in our overall improvement. We are expecting great things and look forward to helping each of them achieve both their individual and team goals.
